Cinema Apartment FAQ:
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. These times ensure a smooth turnover for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangements.
Can I smoke inside the rental unit?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit. Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Can I host a party or event in the rental unit?
No, parties or loud gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed. The apartment is in an apartment building, so we ask for your consideration.
What are the quiet hours?
Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone’s comfort.
How many guests are allowed?
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in the rental unit unless explicitly permitted by the host in advance.
What amenities are included?
You will have access to all of the amenities on the property including access to the fitness center, coffee café, and dog park.
Do I need to clean the rental unit before checking out?
While a cleaning fee is included in the reservation, we ask that you leave the rental unit in the same condition as you found it. Excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.
Are there any restrictions on activities in the rental unit?
Yes, any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is plenty of off-street parking available on the property.
Is WI-FI included?
Yes. High-speed internet is included.
Is Cable included?
Yes. Cable streaming is included.
Are any utilities included:
Yes. Water, trash, and sewer are included.
Does the apartment have a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal?
Yes. All of our apartments are equipment with stainless steel appliances and include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal.
Are there any restaurants close by?
There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the property including Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, Roca Bar, Yak and Yeti, Cork and Cleaver, Kan Pai, Sonic, and KFC.
How far is the apartment from Ascension St. Vincent, Deaconess Gateway, and Deaconess Midtown hospitals?
- We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from each major hospital in Evansville, IN:
- Ascension St. Vincent is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment building.
- Deaconess Gateway and Deaconess Midtown are both less than a 10-minute drive.
